Delivering your order
BedTraders does everything possible to ensure your order is complete and delivered to you quickly and in good order. To do this we work with a number of logistics partners. The shipment of packages is normally handled by DPD. Pallets are delivered by several different carriers.
Track & Trace
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the Track & Trace code from the carrier. You can use this code to follow your order on the website of the carrier.
From that point, It is then no longer possible to follow your order in 'My BedTraders' nor can you follow returned articles.
Delivery time
Most articles are supplied from stock and can be dispatched within 24 hours. You can see the exact delivery time for each article on the details page of the relevant article.
Delivery time with prepayment
If you have paid for your order in advance using a standard bank transfer, your order will be dispatched as soon as your payment has been processed. This can take from one to three days.
If you pay by IDeal, MisterCash, Bancontact, PayPal, Sofortüberweisung, Credit Card or Cash On Delivery, we will initiate delivery immediately.
Incorrect delivery
If you receive an article that you didn't order, you can return it to us. To do this, please contact customer services.
Delivery costs
Orders over € 800.00 are delivered FREE OF CHARGE. The delivery cost for orders under €800.00 is €15.00 for orders that are dispatched in packages and €59.00 for pallet and volume shipments. This applies to deliveries in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Austria. Other conditions apply for other countries.
